Development of Die Casting Technology

The production of die-casting castings relies on die-casting machinery and equipment. Die-casting machinery is the foundation of die-casting production, and the technical level of die-casting equipment determines the quality and level of die-casting castings. 

Therefore, in order to promote the development of the die-casting industry, priority must be given to the development of die-casting equipment. China is a major country in die-casting castings, but there is still room for improvement in production technology and industry equipment. 

China's 12th Five Year Plan clearly states that the main task for the development of the casting industry is to prioritize the development of major technical equipment, including "large tonnage die-casting machine casting units", with the goal of providing equipment support for the technological upgrading of die-casting enterprises. The development of die-casting technology and equipment will contribute to the improvement of the level of die-casting machinery and equipment, thereby improving the quality and technical level of castings and promoting the development of the casting industry.
